As our riders continue
to push the envelope, so must we. To cover the latest trend
in cranksets, we've created the fourth version of our famous
CMC series. By using an external bearing bottom bracket (included
in the crankset), it helps spread the heavy loads by broadening
the stance and stresses that normal bottom brackets bearings
would have trouble comprehending. The CMC Extype Cranks also
integrate a thick-walled 24mm hollow axle to give the crankset
a great strength-to-weight ratio. The 4-bolt 104/64 3-ring
compatible forged spider is attached via a pressure screw
and circlipped securely in place for a rock solid connection.
CMC Extype cranks are impressively stable and easy to install.
Compatible with both 68mm and 73mm bottom brackets and available
in either classic black or powder white.
